Dongfeng Tianjin 12 square compression garbage truck
The compression garbage truck consists of a sealed garbage compartment, a hydraulic system and an operating system. The whole vehicle is a fully sealed type, and all the sewage in the process of self-compression, self-dumping, and compression enters the sewage tank, which more thoroughly solves the problem of secondary pollution during garbage transportation and avoids inconvenience to people. The key components are adopted Imported parts have the advantages of high pressure, good sealing, convenient operation and safety. Brief description of the working principle of compressed garbage truck:
When the packing hopper of the compressed garbage truck is filled with garbage, the scraper opens, and the skateboard drives the scraper to move down together, inserts the garbage into the garbage for crushing and first compression. The scraper rotates forward to further compact the garbage, and the scraper follows the skateboard after it is in place Move up, compact and fill the garbage into the garbage bin, and then return to the starting position. The entire working process is automatically controlled. When the garbage is continuously pressed and filled, the dozer will gradually retreat over the back pressure under the action of the squeezing force to realize the two-way compression of the garbage and evenly fill the entire garbage bin. When the compressed garbage truck unloads the garbage in the disposal (or landfill) field, the loader is lifted, the push shovel moves backward, and the garbage in the garbage bin is pushed out in the horizontal direction.

The collection method is simple: change the dirty and old appearance of garbage cans all over the streets in the city, and prevent secondary pollution.
High compression ratio and large loading capacity: The maximum crushing pressure is up to 12 tons, and the loading capacity is equivalent to twice and a half of the same ton of non-compressed garbage.
Operation automation: the computer control system is adopted. During all loading and unloading operations, one driver is required to operate. Two modes of operation, fully automatic and semi-automatic can be set, which not only reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers, but also greatly improves the working environment.
Good economy: When the special equipment is working, the computer control system automatically controls the throttle.
Double insurance system: The operating system has dual functions of computer control and manual operation, which greatly guarantees and improves the utilization rate of the vehicle.
