Chassis configuration
Equipped with a heavy-duty HOWO Hercules chassis, a white single-row cab, a Weichai 170 horsepower China VI engine, a Shaanxi Gearbox small eight-speed transmission, 825-20 steel wire tires, a wheelbase of 3800mm, original ABS, electric glass with air conditioning, directional power assist, clutch booster, and air brake.
Upper unit configuration (performance and features)
1. The box body is constructed with a sturdy frame structure welded from reinforced beams and high-strength steel plates. It is made of high-quality Q355 special manganese steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel Group, featuring four sides and four bottoms, a square-arc shape, good stress resistance, no deformation, and a larger loading capacity. A large-capacity sewage collection tank is installed at the lower front part of the box body
2. The welding seams of the box body are made using robotic automated welding technology, ensuring no dust accumulation or water leakage. The box body has an aesthetically pleasing appearance, strong pressure resistance, and remains deformation-free
3. The key components of the electrical and hydraulic system are sourced from renowned brands: equipped with Jiangsu Zhongmei/Weisenbo Le multi-way valves, Anhui Wanye/Changyuan hydraulic oil pumps, Siemens PLC control system (with CAN option) (two control boxes in total) with remote control, and Hubei Boli hydraulic cylinders. All seals for the cylinders are sourced from the HALLITE brand imported from the UK, ensuring the service life of the cylinders. In the hydraulic system of the lifting filler, a bidirectional balance valve is installed. This valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler but also isolates the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the hose bursts, the filler will not suddenly fall, enhancing operational safety.
4. The tail feeding and flipping mechanism is widened and thickened. The flipping mechanism shaft sleeve adopts quenching processing technology, and the main pin of the flipping arm adopts through-welding technology on both sides, making it sturdy and durable, and free from breakage
